Cross Choke (Mount, with Gi)
A Technique from Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
I begin mounted on my opponent. I start the choke by placing my right hand deep in his collar.
Next I place my left hand deep in his other collar, my left had should be under my right.
To complete the choke I clench my hands into tight fists and pull my elbows towards me. I drop downward to ensure good balance.
